- Timer Data: Room IDs, timer durations, and messages are stored temporarily in our database to enable real-time sync between host and speaker devices. This data is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
- Payment Data: When you subscribe to StageTime Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information on our servers.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This may collect anonymized data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. You can opt out by using a browser extension or disabling JavaScript.
How We Use Your Information

- To process Pro subscriptions via Stripe

Data Storage & Retention
Timer session data (room IDs, durations, messages) is stored in Firebase Realtime Database and is automatically cleaned up after 24 hours. We do not retain timer data long-term.
Subscription data is managed by Stripe according to their privacy policy.

StageTime does not require you to create an account. You can use the free tier without providing any personal information. Pro subscriptions are managed through Stripe and linked to your timer session.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
