3. Free Tier
The free tier of StageTime is available without registration. It includes basic countdown timer functionality, shareable speaker links, and color-coded time warnings. Free tier usage includes a "Powered by StageTime" watermark on the speaker display.
4. Pro Subscription
- StageTime Pro is a paid monthly subscription at $9/month.
- Pro features include: QR code sharing, speaker messages, sound and vibration alerts, and watermark removal.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
- Pro features are activated per timer session upon successful payment.
5. Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with StageTime Pro, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Send abusive, offensive, or harmful messages through the speaker messaging feature
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
- Use automated tools to create excessive timer sessions
7. Data & Privacy

8. Service Availability
We strive to keep StageTime available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime or data loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
StageTime is a timing tool and should not be relied upon as the sole timekeeping method for critical events. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from timer inaccuracies, service interruptions, or network issues.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated through our website.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
